I got to Ferry Beach a little before Will and knew we were in for some sweet light. Will grew up coming here, his family owning one of the boat houses next to the parking lot, and was game for every spot I put him in. I love the connections made through photography and how working together creates some pretty stunning results! Thanks for putting your trust in me Will!

I spent 4 days with @apogee.adventures last month hiking Katahdin and paddling around Stonington. This group of kids were totally awestruck by the beauty of Maine. Can you blame them?

Trying out this carousel thing here. Whatcha think of these moments from @tarra.leary and @dillonleary wedding last month? We had a ridiculously good time waiting out the deluge under a way too small pine tree before the ceremony and then just like Maine does, it got gorgeous!
I’ve know Dillon for a number of years but just met Tarra this spring. The people that came together to celebrate their love was next level and the pure emotions flowing were absolutely real. Thanks for letting me be a part of this incredible day!

August was a total whirlwind of shooting. Stood on top of Katahdin, paddled off Stonington, hung from cliffs in Camden, beach weddings, the works! I’ll post more in the coming days, but this was a great way to wrap it up last night with @wertwhile and family! You only have 30 minutes for a session? No prob. We can make it happen!

Who loves thumbs up and finger guns? @tarra.wellington and @dillonleary, that's who! These two are getting married this Saturday, and to get them a little more comfy in front of my camera, we took a little walkabout Portland last month and made these moments together. Can't wait to hang and party with two of the loveliest, kindest and most fun people I know!

The forecast was iffy, thunderstorms were rolling in, the plans kept evolving, but one thing was certain, Brandon was definitely proposing to Hanna. It was quite the adventure getting ready for this surprise engagement between these two love birds, but thanks to the father of the bride-to-be, I think we pulled this one off!

Still recovering from a pretty arduous north to south traverse of the #KatahdinWoodsandWaters national monument in northern Maine. 5 days, nearly 50 miles, too much breakable crust, some monster bushwhacks, a lot of unknowns, deep dives into the positive mental attitude vaults but ultimately another incredible experience traveling under our own power through the woods in the winter with great friends.

It's been a good couple days off. Bikes, tents, rivers, swimming, beaches, ocean, friends, kids, family, paddle boards, birthdays, cake, pizza and even ringing in 11 years cancer-free. Summer in Maine at its finest.

This trip really utilized all the years of experience traveling thru wild, wintery places. 6 days, 60 miles and the thing that was most sore after the trip was my stomach from laughing so much with @bellgreg51 & @shep__alpinestarts. Thanks for the great fun fellas!

Pretty quintessential adventure weekend in Maine. Climb Katahdin, paddle the Seboeis and bike some old logging roads. And time it right with peak foliage and great friends. Pretty frickin lucky in this life.
